Sucks To Be Me

Click the image below:

My friend Melissa taught 4th grade a couple years ago, and had all her students write me a little note for my birthday! This was the best one.

From what I can gather, she must have told them I was born the day after Christmas, so I never really have a party for my birthday. On top of that, I was adopted. To a 4th-grader, my life apparently can't get any crappier.

Oh my gosh this is hilarious. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! At least when everyone is sad Christmas is over, you have another reason to keep on celebrating. Maybe we should have a party for you when everyone comes back. And I will let you know about pilates. We might be able to have it on saturday mornings in the church house.... I will keep you updated.

Did she tell them you have lizards in your apartment and have to eat the food that you grow in your areogarden??? They they would really feel sorry! I miss you and am calling you soon!

happy happy birthday!!!! you should celebrate like a week later or something. that really isn't fair if you don't get a celebration all of your own!! that is the cutest letter. the mind of a 4th grader!!

Happy b-irf-day Megan. That letter is hilarious. I love looking at life through children. What a creative teacher/friend to have her students write you a letter. One of my favorite books I have is a compilation of letters from my 1st grade class I student taught.
