Just because he'll be a dad in a month doesn't mean Neil can't still impress us all with a standing back tuck (this is the second time I've ever seen him do this).
I love gymnastics! I did gymnastics from age 7 to 15. Bars and beam were my favorite. I quit at level 8 and moved on to diving, theater, student council, cheerleading(blah!) I miss gymnastics so much. I regret quitting. And didn't you do ballet? I love ballet too. I took a ballet class at BYU. Can you do both splits still? oh i'm so chatty......do you do prenatal yoga?....here is my gymnastics proof (it's cheating, i'm on a trampoline): http://vimeo.com/3650590
WOW that is impressive!! Your toes are perfectly pointed and I don't even know what kind of twisting flip that was, awesome :) I play around with ballet but I never took classes as a kid. I haven't tried the splits lately since pregnant joints are overly stretchy and I don't want to hurt myself, but I never need much stretching to do them -- I've never been able to do the Russian splits, but Neil can. I should do prenatal yoga, but I've never been a huge yoga fan. More into Pilates. I am lazy though!
